1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the My Mynah mobile application ("App") or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

My Mynah provides an AI-powered speech coaching and communication practice platform. Features include real-time speech analysis, vocabulary and quiz tools, progress tracking, leaderboards, and optional paid subscriptions (e.g., Pro Weekly, Pro Monthly). We may add, change, or discontinue features at our discretion.

3. Account and Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. The App is not intended for users under 13; by using the App you represent that you meet any age or eligibility requirements in your jurisdiction.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans (such as Pro Weekly or Pro Monthly) are subject to the pricing and terms shown in the App and in the App Store. Payment is processed by Apple. Refunds are handled according to Apple's policies. Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We may change pricing with notice where required.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the App in any way that violates laws or infringes others' rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App (except as permitted by law)
• Use the App to send spam, abuse others, or distribute harmful or offensive content
• Resell or commercially exploit the App or its content without our permission

6. Intellectual Property

My Mynah and its content, design, and technology are owned or licensed by us. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the App. You may not use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Disclaimers

The App and content are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Speech analysis and coaching are for practice and improvement only and do not replace professional advice where appropriate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Mynah and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or these Terms. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes (e.g., in the App or by email where appropriate). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.

11. General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and My Mynah regarding the App. If any part of these Terms is held invalid, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right does not waive that right. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
